Terms of Use

These terms of use apply to the use of the ballisuatrakcijas.lv website (SIA "Tuning Invest", Reg. No. 40203245558) and its services. Please read them carefully before renting attractions or purchasing products.

The website offers two types of services: (1) RENTAL of inflatable attractions, hot tubs and saunas with delivery and setup, and (2) SALE of used attractions and equipment. Separate terms apply to each type, set out below.

1. Rental of attractions, hot tubs and saunas

Booking

A booking can be made on the website, by phone or by e-mail. A booking is considered confirmed once we have agreed it with you (date, time, delivery location). The lessor reserves the right to decline a booking if the chosen time or location is unavailable.

Delivery and setup

We deliver from Mārupe. Delivery within Mārupe municipality is free; outside it a delivery fee applies depending on distance. Setup and dismantling are carried out by our staff. The renter must provide a level, clean surface and access to 220 V electricity (if the attraction requires a blower).

Cancellation and changes

Please notify us of any cancellation or change as early as possible. In the event of bad weather (rain, strong wind), the booking may be rescheduled to another date by mutual agreement for safety reasons.

Safety and liability

During the rental, the renter is responsible for the correct and safe use of the attraction. Attractions may only be used in accordance with the instructions and the stated age and weight limits. Children must not be left unsupervised by adults. It is prohibited to use attractions in strong wind, rain, or with sharp objects, shoes, food and drinks. The renter is liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

2. Sale of products

Ordering and payment

Products can be purchased by adding them to the cart and placing an order. The purchase agreement is concluded once payment is received. Prices are shown in euros (€) and include value added tax unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

Delivery or collection of sold products is arranged individually after the order is confirmed. Delivery costs and timeframes depend on the size of the product and the collection location.

Right of withdrawal (distance contract)

Under the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Cabinet of Ministers regulations on distance contracts, a consumer (natural person) has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, notice must be given in writing (by e-mail). The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods. We refund within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to individual order or other exceptions provided by law.

Product quality

Products sold may be new or used; the condition of the product is stated in its description. Products are covered by the warranties and conformity requirements provided by the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

3. General provisions

Intellectual property

All website content (texts, images, logos) is protected and belongs to SIA "Tuning Invest" or its partners. Copying or use without permission is prohibited.

Applicable law

These terms and all relations between the parties are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, but if no agreement is reached, they are settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

Changes to the terms

The lessor and seller reserve the right to amend these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
