Who may receive the data

The enquiry email arrives in the company's mailbox. Beyond that the data is received only by:

  • the website maintainer and email delivery providers, acting as data processors on our behalf and only on our instructions;
  • Google as the visit statistics provider - only if you have consented to cookies;
  • our accounting service provider, if a transaction takes place;
  • public authorities, where required by law. We do not sell the data and do not pass it to marketing partners.

Third-party websites

The site may contain links to other websites (for example maps or social networks). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Children's data

The services are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the update date.

Data security and retention

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to those who need it for their work. We keep correspondence no longer than 12 months after the last contact; if a transaction takes place, accounting documents are kept for the period required by law.   • restrict processing and object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
